What makes our Life Coaching Sessions more effective?

Reiki Energy Healing is administered through the ENTIRE Coaching session.  This allows your mind, body and Spirit to relax and express itself to promote healing in the most effective,gentle way.

Your coaching sessions are private and confidential. Each session will be based around your specific needs at that specific time. The focus is to clear obstacles that are holding you back so you can move forward and enhance the quality of your personal, professional and Spiritual life. Life or Spiritual Life Coaching will help you to center and find your own answers, within. 

 

When you incorporate Reiki and Hypnosis in your coaching sessions, you will easily access and clarify what it is that you want and no longer want in your life.  That is the first big step.
