Guided Group Meditation
Join us the 1st Sunday of each month for relaxation, discovery and healing with a 60-Minute Guided Group Meditation.
You will begin by becoming fully and completely relaxed. Then, you will be led on an amazing journey where you will have your own unique, amazing experience.
There will be a discussion session where you will be able to share your experience with the group and ask questions.
There is a $20 donation fee. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow, blanket, pen and notepad.
