You will receive all of the benefits from the Crystal Healing Bed, Amethyst Bio Mat, Reiki Energy Healing, Chakra Balancing and Guided Meditation.

 

We will discuss how you can most benefit from the session and exactly happens during this session.

While soft music is playing, you will lay comfortably on a heated massage table fully clothed under a warm blanket. 

​

Each of your chakras will be read with a pendulum to show you exactly how each one is functioning.  It will show if they are overactive, under active, closed or in perfect balance.

 

​During the entire session, you will receive Reiki Energy healing which can resolve, release and remove blocks and restore each Chakra to perfect balance, perfect alignment and harmony.

​

You will be lead through an amazing, guided meditation where you will take an incredible journey somewhere out in nature where you can release fear, insecurities, stress, anxiety, anger, past traumas and begin to build back your confidence, trust in yourself, love for yourself and truly take back your power.

​

You may be able to release the energy that no longer serves your highest good.  You will feel lighter and brighter and able to move forward in a healthier, happier, more positive and peaceful way.

​

Your Spiritual Support Group is called into the session...your angels, your spirit guides, your animal totems and your loved ones who have crossed before you.  They will share any messages and guidance they have for you.

​

After you are brought back into a state of awareness, we will discuss your experience and check each of your chakras to be sure everything is in balance.

​

YOU are a unique individual.  So, your sessions MUST be customized to fit your specific needs by incorporating some or all of our healing modalities.

​

Essential oils, sage, palo santo, tuning forks, additional crystals, and other healing tools may be used during your session.

All sessions are private, professional and conducted by our Mind Body Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher and Transformational Life Coach.
