Your session is customized to fit your needs. 

 

We will explore your journey of awakening and natural healing together through Guided Meditation with Chakra Balancing, Hypnosis, Spiritual Mentoring or Life Coaching with Distant Reiki Energy Healing.

​

Your session is conducted through Zoom or via telephone.  You will be led through a relaxing guided meditation specific to your intention or "issue" while you are receiving distant or "remote" Reiki Energy Healing.

​

We recommend a Chakra Clearing & Balancing for your FIRST session.  It is amazing how many things you will be able to clear in just one session.

​

What exactly happens during this session?

​

​​We will connect via Zoom or Telephone and to enjoy a very relaxing, peaceful experience right in the comfort of your home in your lounge chair or bed.  We recommend using headphones or a speaker phone and dimming the lights.  You may want to put a pillow under your head and one under your legs to support your low back.

​

​We will begin by reading each of your chakras and discuss exactly how each center is functioning.  Everything will be explained to you regarding if your Chakras are closed, under-active, over active, or in balance. 

 

You will be lead through a relaxing, empowering guided meditation.

​

During the entire session, you will receive distant or remote Reiki Energy healing which will fully and completely resolve, release and remove any and all blocks and restore each Chakra to perfect balance, perfect alignment and complete harmony.

​

You will be able to release negative subconscious beliefs and unwanted energy that no longer serves your highest good.  You will feel lighter and be able to move forward in a happier, healthy, more positive and peaceful way creating and manifesting all that you want in your life.

​

Your entire Spiritual Support Group is called into the session...your angels, your spirit guides, your animal totems and your loved ones who have crossed before you.  They will share any messages and guidance they have with you.

You will be led back into awareness...back into consciousness.
