Guided Meditation Party...In Your Home or Office

 

Invite your family, friends and co-workers to your home for a night of relaxation, discovery and healing with a 60-Minute Guided Group Meditation. 

 

We will begin by becoming fully and completely relaxed.  Then, we will be led on an amazing journey where they will each have their own unique, amazing experience.  We will then be gently guided back into awareness.  We will then take a few minutes to journal about our experience. 

 

There will be a discussion session where each person will be able to share their experience with the group and ask questions.

As a thank you for hosting your Guided Meditation Party, you will receive a FREE Chakra Clearing & Balancing Essential Oil Spray  You and each of your guests will receive a Free Chakra Balance Download.  Also, the Guided Meditation session will be recorded and sent to you and your guests at no additional charge. 

 

The cost for each guest to attend is $50.00.  Please ask each guest to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a pillow, blanket, pen and notepad.

What exactly are Chakras?

 

There are seven main chakras and they are located along the spine extending out the front and back of your body.  They are literally wheels or vortexes which energy flows through.  Each chakra is associated with a different part of your body, your mind and your spirit.

 

When your chakras are blocked or depleted, energy does not flow freely. A ‘block’ is a place where energy is trapped or constricted and prevents the flow of energy.  This can lead to many problems, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  By clearing and balancing your chakras, you can restore harmony within.
