You will set your intention and lay on a heated massage table on an Amethyst Bio Mat with a pillow under your head and knees to support your lower back. A crystal light bar is pulled down about 12 inches over your body which contains 7 Clear Vogel Cut Quartz crystals which have been cut to a precise and specific frequency that is then brought into line above each of your seven Chakras.
